[City Mayor] LadyLiz [20945] : Each of you, as valued residents of this fine community, play an important role in its success. In order to recognize your contributions our Founders have developed a system of Honor Titles which are awarded twice yearly to our most dedicated ...

[City Mayor] LadyLiz [20945] : I had hoped to be able to list in recognition each recipient by name, but I've been advised that this would be too much and I was unable to obtain the complete list approved by our Founders prior to logging into town...

[City Mayor] LadyLiz [20945] : You will find a listing of all title recipients both in an upcoming issue (possibly today's) of the Daily News and soon linked to the Reward System web page at http://www.cybertown.com/exprewards.html
[City Mayor] LadyLiz [20945] : Titles will be set by your respective Colony Leaders as soon as possible, and should be completed by weeks end at the latest. If you have not gained access to your title at that time please don't panic, and query your CL directly via inbox.
[City Mayor] LadyLiz [20945] : With the numbers Vialle has given, its obvious this can be a daunting task and they may run behind schedule for some unforeseen reason.
[City Mayor] LadyLiz [20945] : I'd like to take a moment to offer my personal congratulations to these fine individuals. Your dedication to this community is something you can be proud of, and is very much appreciated by all of us.
[City Mayor] LadyLiz [20945] : If you have not received one of these awards I beg of you not to be too discouraged. The requirements needed to be met in order to obtain these are very stiff. It is only so that we are able to maintain their status as a true honor.
