CITY COUNCIL MINUTES

16 May 2089

Members present: Flyby, crashdummy, LadyLiz, GORTz, Lysander, JadeStone, Jolinth, Delphine, WhiteKnight24

Before getting 'down to business' the newest council members Lysander (SciFi Colony) and Delphine (Adventure Colony) were introduced and welcomed into the City Council.

1. Old Business (Security update from crashdummy):

crashdummy verified that Security member Jayna was promoted to Security Chief, and plans are in the works to arrange for a new Security Commissioner before he retires from his Deputy Mayor position.

2 . New Colony Proposal (continued):

Discussion continued on a recent colony proposal that has shown merit. Due to some similarities with some aspects of other colonies it was decided that one of the council members would help the submitter plan some possible changes that may help with its acceptance.

3. Elders Application (discussion update):

Additions to the Elder Title requirements have been approved by the Founders and the URL for those requirements (http://www.vialle.com/council/Elder1.html) and new application form was passed out to be posted in all Colonies. The additions were deemed necessary due to a misunderstanding of the original intent for the title, and are now more clearly defined. All council members will be sent periodic lists of Elder applicants in order to be more involved in the application approval process.

4. Adventure Colony (update by Delphine):

Due to time restraints it was decided that the Adventure Colony update would be handled either through email or at the next meeting.
