Male or female, the desire, hope and need for people to look up to and admire persists in the human race as it always has throughout the history of our world. The need for motivation, encouragement is greater today, in a world that seeks controversy and highlights mistakes on anyone. Each one of us has found and will find people to follow, imitate, and learn ways to be better from their example. Some are, were or will become famous, or even infamous. Some of our best heroes are friends and family or teachers, local leaders, or even people we have met or discovered apparently at random..
While each of these people are dead. A brief summary is reported by News Week through MSN and MSNBC. These are well known people who have passed on in the year 2002. Each achieved remarkable things in their life, yet none was perfect. All have shown admirable qualities and weaknesses. Such it is to be human. So, join me, in celebrating their successes and mourn their passing.
