[Naturally, this is a heavily edited version of the two and one-half hours chat/ceremony that took place at the Performing Arts Center in Cybertown. CVN verified 179 nicknames as logged in for this event. Certainly with the crashes and people who popped in and out, we likely had up to 250 individuals or more. The chat has been edited down to the speeches, the awards and announcements of the Avatar contest winners, with a few side comments for flavor-editor's note]
Cybertown celebrated the winter version of the Title Awards Ceremony January 26, 2091 at the Performing Arts Center in the city. SpokesAvas for each colony made the presentations. Then members present voted on the avatars to be used for citizens wearing their honors in Cybertown. The higher level titles are awarded semi-annually, while generally, Elder titles are awarded on a monthly basis.
At this ceremonial event, titles for Templar, Wizard, and Virtmaster were awarded this year. This coming summer, the first KnightVirtual titles will be awarded. All current title awards may be viewed at:

The major new addition to this award ceremony, was a city wide voting on the long awaited honors avatars. Those awards were announced by [Sponsor Team Member] Delphine:
