OLD SERVER HELP
Still logging in to the old server? (you can tell by checking the Daily News...if it's the current issue you're on the new server) Our Community Technician's will be able to advise, but naturally there is some information that they need in order to help you.
In order for them to give you the best solution you'll need to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and obtain some information from them.
- Do you connect to the internet though a proxy?
- Does your ISP force you to go though a "transparent cache"?
- Has your ISP had their DNS servers populated recently?
- Make sure you are using the correct DNS servers for your ISP.
- Do you have a gateway between you and internet that caches IPs numbers, acting as a DNS cache?
Once you have this information send it to me at [email protected] along with your user name and a good contact email address. I'll make sure that either a Com.Tech. gets it or I'll send you any information they've given me to help you correct the problem.
